Myofascial Release stretches

This series of gentle myofascial release stretches helps release tension in your baby’s connective tissue, which can become stuck or restricted from their position in the womb.

You can perform these stretches in any order. Returning to the sacrum wiggles between stretches is a great way to keep your baby relaxed and happy during the session.

If you notice any tightness or restricted movement in a particular stretch, focus on that area 2-3 times a day on both sides for a relaxed and happy little one!
